The STEM Program Instructor is responsible for delivering STEM programs within the Will Allen Foundation’s school partnerships, primarily in the Clairton School District. This role entails leading and supporting VEX programming for students in grades 3–8, collecting and reporting data, managing program budgets, building and nurturing school and community partnerships, and supporting events and public relations activities. The STEM Program Instructor is a collaborative leader, who works closely with classroom teachers, VEX staff, and community partners to ensure the success and growth of the STEM programs. The Will Allen Foundation (WAF) Youth Programs Instructor, with the accompanying support and guidance of the Program Director, is collaboratively responsible for the operational success of WAF's programs, including the development, execution, and delivery of the STEM Programming, along with other educational and community programs. The Youth Programs Instructor position entails program delivery, data collection for reporting to data consultants, including student demographics and attendance, and assisting with monitoring program budget, partnership-building, and stewardship, as well as supporting marketing and public relations.
